Big Heart Tea approached us to help them fine-tune their core brand positioning. A potential opportunity with Mercy Hospitals was on the horizon and they wanted to win their business. We helped them articulate their mission, vision, and values, identify their revenue streams, and package it all up in a tight capabilities pitch.
We took the opportunity to visualize the strategy in a poster-like infographic, to inspire their team and align them into action. Working from the established color palette of their packaging, the illustrated metaphor represents the harvesting of the highest-quality ingredients to produce the best tasting teas, herbs, and blends that improve overall health and well-being.
We highlighted the shared values with Mercy Hospitals and created a compelling brand narrative based on Mercy’s founder Sister Katherine McCauley. As a result, they signed a partnership and established a template for future white-labeling opportunities.
