MARIA LOPEZ is a Mexican-born, St. Louis-raised Graphic Designer at CARTEL, focusing on brand development and web design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, where she was honored with the "Digital Media Dynamic Use of Technology" award and received "Honorable Mention" in the Student Art Exhibition. Maria's ongoing work includes web design for a budding St. Louis retail enterprise and web design for a New Orleans-based affordable housing nonprofit. Beyond her work at CARTEL, Maria enjoys printmaking, cooking, and gardening.
