Nespresso celebrates the uniqueness of its Cuban coffee by featuring a national artist as the brand’s cultural ambassador.

Since 2016, Nespresso added Cafecito de Cuba to its Origins Collection. For the first time in half of a century, American consumers were able to access Cuban coffee straight from the island. Café de Cuba is an intense coffee made from 100% Cuban Arabica beans. The intensely roasted character boasts powerful and delightfully smoky notes of wood and tobacco leaves.

Nespresso decided to celebrate the uniqueness of its Cuban coffee by featuring a national artist as the brand’s cultural ambassador. Cartel’s Chief Creative Director Carlos Zamora accepted the challenge, hoping to transform the simple pleasure of drinking coffee, into a memorable journey that engages the senses and imagination.
